Since 1988 Arte Express S.A. is rehabilitating important buildings in historical downtowns around the world.
The main of our project is to create into the old but rehabilitated buildings the area that a modern office needs preserving the original character of the same buildings.

At present we are in Lima, founded by Francisco Pizarro in 1535. The Historical Downtown of the city preserves its original plan until now.
