Peru's Transports and Communications Minister, Enrique Cornejo, declared publicly in favor of reducing to zero the legally permitted levels of of alcohol in blood for drivers, because “the intake of drinks, even if it's only a single glass, affects the reflexes and concentration when driving.” # jb says :
