500º is Jaime Pesaque’s casual diner with a modern atmosphere; the focus point of the open kitchen are Celsius and Fahrenheit, two wood-fired ovens where food meets fire, giving the food a unique flavor. Their Beef Burger has cheddar, smoked bacon, pickles, tomato and spicy mayo. This is a great size burger smokey, and the patty is cooked so it is well-seared and juicy on the inside.
