The AC Hotel Brands is obsessed with details from their open lounge. They have carefully crafted and designed every detail. With open spaces and purposeful design, each moment offers everything for enjoyment and an effortless stay. The Entire experience allows you to be more productive, creative, and relaxed.

Every moment is surrounded by beautifully curated museum-quality art and sculptures, and the Lima Hotel doesn’t get behind; every space has art from artists, like the great mural at the front desk by Sandra Rizo Patrón or the great photography by Maco Vargas.

DESIGN MEETS HOSPITALITY

Created by the Spanish hospitality mogul Antonio Catalan, the AC Lima Miraflores opened in 2019, and is one of three AC Hotels in the region, next to Chile and Colombia.

Comfort meets art and convenience, with a fantastic ocean view, the unbeatable location at Malecón de la Reserva where you can enjoy ocean views of Miraflores and easy access to popular attractions such as Costa Verde and Puente de los Suspiros. Larcomar is an upscale shopping center with many dining, retail, and entertainment options just next door.

YOUR ROOM

It is designed to be a styling match for relaxation and work; rooms include a sleek desk devoid of traditional in-room marketing and magazines and an open closet to create visibility and easy access to your items whenever needed. Plugging your devices is not an issue; you’ll never be more than an arm’s length away from an outlet while in bed or working from the desk. Each guest room features a master light switch and precisely placed outlets throughout.

Each bedroom has photography by Maco Vargas.

Seven different types of rooms that vary ocean or city view with 2 or 3-person capacity offer king-size beds or two double beds with soft pillows, Featherbed, and Duvet for a great rest.

Shower in style with a hand massage head or rain-style shower and nourish your skin with the Greek brand Korres bath amenities, infused with natural Greek flora and an energizing citrus aroma.

THE MENU

The iconic Berkel Slicer and enhances the breakfast experience with hand-shaved prosciutto,

The food experience is great any time of day; the hotel has two different restaurants. The AC Kitchen holds Saladero, which start the day with a curated European-style breakfast with the iconic Berkel Slicer and enhances the breakfast experience with hand-shaved prosciutto, healthy options like commercial or home-made yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, and tea, savory and sweet pieces of bread, pastries, and as required, a Peruvian side with pork, beans, blood sausage, sweet potatoes, and everything you need for a wholesome breakfast.

The AC Kitchen is open so you can watch the craft on the making

The rest of the day, the Saladero Menu, under the creative guidance of Executive Chef Víctor Álvarez, introduces a captivating culinary journey that blends Peruvian flavors with international influences; Chef Víctor’s innovative approach results in plates like the perfectly grilled salmon with crispy skin, paired with a velvety fava bean purée and a Spanish-inspired roasted bell pepper accompaniment. His personal touch, such as marinating the salmon with ají panca, adds uniqueness to each dish. At Saladero, attention to detail extends beyond the plate, as the open kitchen allows diners to witness the skilled chefs in action, adding an interactive and sensory dimension to the dining experience, a flexible and accessible approach to catering to guests’ desires, offering generous portions reminiscent of home-cooked meals.

At the AC Lounge, ask for their special ACGT.

The AC Lounge offers an open space area with refined tapas and signature cocktails to ease into the evening and the sunset with a view of the ocean just one level up the street view; the ACGT, the hotel’s version of Gin and Tonic, is served in a scientifically-engineered glass with etchings that discreetly guide the perfect ratio of ingredients. In the same area, the lounge extends to a reading area, usually branded as AC Library, where you can drink in hand and you can sit and enjoy a book or the art view.

Sunsets are the best with this view.

On the 18th floor, the Rooftop restaurant Insumo offers a dining experience with one of the most stunning views in the city, especially during the enchanting sunset. As its name suggests, the star of the show here is the quality of ingredients used in their dishes and beverages. Insumo stands out as a gourmet rooftop, not just offering alcoholic drinks and snacks but featuring a diverse menu suitable for the entire family. The restaurant takes pride in respecting seasonal ingredients, with an organic garden where they grow herbs and vegetables. The menu ranges from meats to seafood, with cocktails and live mixology adding to the appeal. The chefs actively seek feedback from diners, ensuring a personalized dining experience, including vegan options like quinoa salad and dairy-free sorbets for dessert.

Fresh pacific scallops, cocktail and sunset

A recommended starter is the quinoa salad with salmon ham, accompanied by muña (Andean mint) pesto, confit figs, apple honey, arugula, and cured salmon. The creamy shrimp risotto is cooked in a Josper wood oven, served with three large shrimp and loche squash risotto for main courses. When in season, jumbo prawns in garlic sauce or the cebiche carretillero featuring the catch of the day, glazed sweet potato, chulpi corn, corn, and calamari rings. To conclude the meal, Insumo offers a variety of desserts, including classic kamado apple crisp, or the amelcohado for chocolate lovers, and a selection of refreshing sorbets such as coconut and pineapple, mixed berries, and mango.
