Cuzco Dish Is The “Most Loved” Of Peru Mucho Gusto In Tacna

Yesterday ended the gastronomic festival Peru Mucho Gusto and the cusqueño dish “Mixto a la brasa” was recognized as the most beloved.

According to La República, the Peru Mucho Gusto festival, held in Tacna, concluded on Sunday after three days of selling food and drink. They recognized as the most beloved dish of the was “Mixto a la brasa” of the Cusco restaurant Haylli Huanca.

The “Mixto a la brasa” has pieces of roasted lamb, chicken, and pork, accompanied by potatoes, mote, creole salad and a rocoto capchi.

This event, according to La República, was organized by PromPerú in the Parque Perú venue, with the participation of 104 exhibitors, including restaurants, bars, candy stores, artisans, and producers.

During this year’s Peru Mucho Gusto festival the recipe for the Ravioli of Zapallo de Carga and Cordero Candaraveño in Tacna Juice Sauce, received recognition.
