After having played in the 2018 World Cup, the Peruvian national soccer team would have dropped several places in the new FIFA ranking, and according to Mister Chip, it is now in 21st place.
Mister Chip, who’s name is Alexis Martín-Tamayo, is a sportscaster who is expert in data and numbers on soccer, basketball and tennis.
“Through his social networks, the Spanish journalist revealed that those led by Ricardo Gareca fell in the raking and now they are located below the Italian team, owner of location number 20”, informed Perú 21.
Mister Chip also mentioned that in the region, Peru beats Paraguay, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Bolivia, who are in 31, 32, 58, and 60th place, respectively, in the aforementioned ranking.
The number of positions the Peruvian team dropped was of 11.
