Next Sunday, June 23, the Antiestrés Fest will be held in Pueblo Libre, the first national festival to combat stress and tension.

“In this event, attendees can participate in various games and experiences that last from 3 to 15 minutes each”, El Comercio explained. “One of the main attractions is the destruction room. In it the assistants will have 3 minutes to destroy what is inside”, they continued.

In addition to the destruction room, people can also enjoy spa areas, inflatable games and an “immersive” relaxation room. Also, anti-stress therapies with dogs will be offered with dogs and piñatas available for hitting.

The festival will take place from 3:00 pm in Carlos de los Heros, in front of Plaza Bolívar in Pueblo Libre. The entrance will be S / 12.
